I like it when clients visit my site and submit an inventory but for larger moves, 3 BR houses it is best to have an in house estimate done and get a firm price. I have a free quote form on my website and it is for quotes, not firm pricing. Having a company rep will also tell you about the company. Is the rep on time, presentable and does he have documentation that he works for the company and is it professional.
