I am looking to move from Pueblo, CO to near Austin, TX. I have 2 cats that have never flown or traveled long distance by car. I also have another thing to think about…I recently broke my femur and had to have complicated surgery. My back is broken. I have a very nice older vehicle, but am uncharactaristicly nervous about traveling alone (long stretches of boonies as well as older vehicle now). I had thought about renting an RV and towing my vehicle – but am not finding any from here to there. Any thoughts? I can’t find a friend (preferably male and mechanically inclined) to go with us.
