THe smaller ones tend to have the owner located in or near your city. If there is a problem, you can reach them immediately and they can come into your building or home and correct any problems. Larger cleaning companies usually have the key person located in a whole other state, and therefore it may take a few days to weeks until you can get someone to come and fix any problems. Alternatively, larger cleaning companies tend to be licensed and bonded. This is important, because if something is accidentally broken or valuables come up missing out of your home or office, then you have legal recourse. Also, the larger cleaning companies tend to cost a little more, but for that you may find more peace of mind.
