I really want to live abroad. I have a friend who lives in Spain currently and the images she posts look amazing. She went on an internship program, but I would be living and working there and would like to move my stuff (large furniture, etc). I have found a moving company near me that offers international moving services. I want to have everything in order before the move for less stress!

Any form of relocation, be it to another country or simply to a neighboring state, is really very stressful but it can also be fun to some extent if done the right way. I do believe that the best key for a successful relocation process is preparation. Thank you for all these reminders you have shared. These are certainly very useful.

Searching for a job in another could be very overwhelming especially when you are to do it right after you have moved to the country of your destination. I’ve moved across the country (USA), and that in and of itself was a challenge. Resetting all the things we take for granted (where do you shop for groceries or get your hair cut) really sneaks up on you.

Now taking those mundane things and compounding it by moving to a whole different culture…well, that’s a challenge.
