Mike Hodges has been in Charlotte for the five years, four of which were spent attending UNC-Charlotte's Belk College of Business. He's worked in the moving industry for six years, and has been at Bellhop for the past four years. Mike loves trying new restaurants in and around Charlotte, as well as spending time with his girlfriend as well as their cat. He pulls for the Charlotte Panthers, but "we miss Cam Newton more and more every year."

A multiyear veteran of Bellhop, Jean is known for his fantastic work ethic, cheerful attitude, and big smile. Since moving to the DMV in 2020, Jean has enjoyed meeting new people, exploring food spots, and challenging his buddies to the occasional game of HORSE on the basketball court. Jean is the embodiment of Bellhop's core values, including Servant's Heart; one customer raved, "Jean led an incredible team...they were ultra professional, courteous, and FAST (did I say fast?! Because -- whoa.)"
